Langhorne Rotary Disaster Relief Fund
Langhorne Rotary has established a fund that the Rotary Board of Directors may, in its discretion, allocate to relieve personal hardship suffered by residents of Langhorne Borough, Middletown Township, and surrounding Boroughs arising from fire, weather, and similar “Disasters.” (A “Disaster” shall be any fire, collapse, accident, weather event, or similar misfortune which the Board, after having duly voted, determines is serious enough in its impact upon affected persons to warrant relief).
We invite individuals who have suffered from a Disaster to submit a written application describing your situation and including the below as well as any further details requested by the Board:
- A description of the Disaster, including its time and place;
- A description of the personal loss and hardship the Applicant has sustained because of the Disaster. If the hardship is primarily financial, the Application shall state the dollar range of the loss.
- A statement that relief from the Fund is needed to relieve hardship the Applicant has suffered or will suffer because of the Disaster.
Please submit all applications to our club President, via email at langhornerotary1@gmail.com.
We welcome all inquiries and questions.
